On Wednesday a multi-headed monster showed its head for the first but certainly not the last time at the Truth Commission. They cynically named Civic Cooperation Bureau or CCB, an undercover Defence Force dirty tricks unit. The CCB represents one of the most elaborate webs of lies by the previous government. It also has some interesting ties to the Truth Commission.
