Special Report Transcript Episode 21, Section 4, Time 24:25

Ten years ago Nomasonto Khumalo lived here in Duncan Village with her mother, Vuyelwa her older sister Nomakasasana and their two children. This week, after the commissioner had heard the story of the Duncan Village massacre unfold Nomasonto told a different tale of sorrow. She lost her mother and sister in 1986. They burnt to death after their house was petrol bombed by those they knew best, men and women with whom they shared neighbourly greetings, whom they broke bread with, and whom they sat in the same meetings with. But on the night of March 4 1986 they discovered another face of terror.
