But Donald I’ve just acknowledged that, I said there is now far fewer public permissible lies. Governments can lie about certain security matters say nuclear war or things like that but in terms of what the government in the past has done and its complicity in human rights abuses, we know that now. I think that is a gain. It will be much more difficult in the future for governments to lie. So I conceded that.
