An AZAPO official who survived a petrol bomb attack by the Witwatersrand Security Branch on his residence at the University of Witwatersrand during 1985. The petrol bomb was intended to intimidate him. A Witwatersrand Security Branch operative was granted amnesty (AC/2001/0184).
