Was shot dead by SAP members in Paballelo, Upington, Cape, on 11 November 1985. She was pregnant at the time of her death. Several other residents were injured. A community meeting held the previous day to discuss social and political grievances was followed by police shootings and youth attacks on security forces and perceived collaborators.
