A PAC supporter who was shot in the hand while trying to stop police from arresting innocent people in Queenstown, Cape, on 15 December 1962. Mr Kamteni was himself arrested, and sentenced to twenty years’ imprisonment on Robben Island for sabotage. Upon his release, at the age of forty one, he was banned for five years.
