Description
An ANC supporter who was arrested on 16 August 1990 while attending a fellow ‘comrade’s’ court case in Tsineng Village, Bophuthatswana, and severely tortured at the Tsineng police station by members of the Bophuthatswana Police (BP). He was again arrested, with several others, while promoting a consumer boycott, and severely assaulted and tortured by named members of the BP, on 15 October 1992.
