A civilian travelling as a passenger in a taxi who was injured when APLA members and the police exchanged fire during APLA attacks on white civilians and police members at Ficksburg, Orange Free State (OFS) on 10 December 1992. Three perpetrators were granted amnesty (AC/1999/0182). See APLA attacks.
