Was stoned and necklaced to death in Fort Beaufort, Cape, on 21 February 1993, after she and another woman suspected of links to the PAC were abducted and interrogated by a large crowd of ANC Youth League members. One perpetrator applied for and was granted amnesty for his role in the kidnapping (AC/1997/0022).
