Was stabbed and injured when her family was attacked in Katlehong, Transvaal, allegedly by IFP supporters, on 10 September 1990 during political conflict in the area. Katleho`s mother, her grandfather, her grandmother, and her uncle were also injured and two aunts died in the same attack.
