An ANC supporter who was repeatedly tortured with electric shocks and by suffocation by named members of the Security Police on a farm near Bloemfontein, in October 1989, allegedly because he had information about ANC activities. Police allegedly made use of various farm locations in the province to interrogate and torture activists.
