A member of the SAP who was one of three policemen shot dead when MK operatives opened fire on policemen sitting drinking at the tavern in Mariana Street, Atteridgeville, Tvl, on 18 March 1988. Two civilians were injured in the attack. Three MK operatives were granted amnesty (AC/2000/199).
