An IFP supporter who had his house in Ezibomvini, KwaZulu, near Pietermaritzburg, burnt down by other IFP supporters on 28 September 1990. Mr Mpulo was allegedly perceived to be an ANC supporter because he had failed to attend an IFP rally that day.
