Was stabbed and injured in October 1992 when IFP supporters attacked homes in the ANC stronghold of Magcino in the Shlazeni Reserve, Umgababa, KwaZulu, near Durban. Nine ANC supporters were killed and 18 others wounded. More than 36 houses and huts were burnt down. Nosipho`s brother and father were also injured in the attack.
