Description
An ANC member who was shot dead on 15 April 1989 on an ANC farm near Lusaka, Zambia. Two members of the Vlakplaas unit applied for amnesty for setting up the operation but the applications failed on grounds of lack of full disclosure. A second ANC member was killed in the same attack (AC/2001/228).
