An IFP supporter who was abducted at gunpoint by four men in a white minibus, allegedly ANC supporters, while working on a construction site in Tokoza, Tvl, on 30 August 1993. The men allegedly took Mr Ngema to Phola Park informal settlement. He has never been seen since.
