An ANC member who was arrested on 20 November 1986 and detained for six months at CR Swart Square, Durban. While in detention, he was interrogated by members of the Security Branch, some of whom are named, about the whereabouts of weapons. Mr Nsibande had attended the funeral of Samora Machel and returned with banned literature.
