Was shot, injured and robbed of his vehicle by MK operatives in Laudium, Pretoria, on 12 August 1981. The perpetrators were seeking a getaway vehicle after launching a rocket attack on the SADF’s base at Voortrekkerhoogte, Pretoria. Two MK operatives were granted amnesty for this incident (AC/2001/003).
