A civilian who was shot execution-style by APLA operatives when he attempted to rescue two other civilians, during an armed vehicle ambush by the operatives, between Herschel and Lady Grey, OFS, on 19 November 1992. Three people were killed and five injured in the ambush. See APLA attacks. Two APLA members were granted amnesty (AC/2001/134).
