Having considered the application, the Amnesty Committee is satisfied that the applicant is ENTITLED to amnesty. In the result his application succeeds in respect of the following offences:-

(a) Furthering the aims of a banned organisation;

(b) Terrorism and

(c) Possession of arms and ammunition.
