MR MOHLABA: Thank you Chairperson.  May I establish whether it's necessary for the co-applicants to confirm under oath that they go along with what the first applicant has said?

CHAIRPERSON: Who is this?

MR MOHLABA: It's the second applicant, Sipho Cleopatra Magane.

SIPHO CLEOPATRA MAGANE: (sworn states)

CHAIRPERSON: Mr Magane, you've heard the evidence of Mr Manana.

MR MAGANE: Come again Sir, sorry?

CHAIRPERSON: You've heard the evidence of Mr Manana.

MR MAGANE: Yes Sir.

CHAIRPERSON: Do you agree with it?

MR MAGANE: I fully agree with it.

CHAIRPERSON: Is there anything you would disagree with or you wish to add to this evidence?

MR MAGANE: No, I don't think there's anything I wish to add.

CHAIRPERSON: Are you comfortable with what he said?

MR MAGANE: Quite comfortable, Sir.

CHAIRPERSON: And do you confirm in your respect what he said?

MR MAGANE: Yes Sir.

CHAIRPERSON: In particular about you; where you were trained, et cetera?

MR MAGANE: Correct Sir.

CHAIRPERSON: Yes.

MR MALAN: You will observe your application is on pages 10 - 12 of the bundle.  It's signed, but not attested to.  Just for the record, have you read this and will you, just for the record, confirm the correctness thereof?

MR MAGANE: Yes Sir, it's quite correct.

MR MALAN: Thank you.
