MR MASHIGO: (sworn states)

CHAIRPERSON: Mr Mashigo, you heard what Mr Manana testified.

MR MASHIGO: Yes, I did.

CHAIRPERSON: Do you agree with it?

MR MASHIGO: Completely.

CHAIRPERSON: Do you associate yourself with his evidence?

MR MASHIGO: I do ja.

CHAIRPERSON: Is there anything that you disagree with, in what he said?

MR MASHIGO: No, no.

CHAIRPERSON: Is there anything you wish to add to what he said?

MR MASHIGO: I think he's said what you are supposed to hear.

CHAIRPERSON: And you agree fully with it.

MR MASHIGO: I do.

CHAIRPERSON: Yes, thank you.  Are there any further questions Mr Mohlaba?

MR MOHLABA: No further questions.  That will conclude the evidence for the applicants Chairperson.

CHAIRPERSON: Mr Mohlaba, we don't need argument from you.  However, we aren't able to give you a final decision today.  We have to give a written decision, pass it on to the State President for him to make a final decision on it.  It will of course, go with our recommendations.
