 Notice is hereby given that on 28th August 1996, 

AMNESTY WAS GRANTED: in terms of Section 20(1) of Act 34 of 1995 to

 Andile Samuel Solo, Identity number 730728 5496 08 1 in respect of the following offences in the District of Port Elizabeth:

1. Contravention of Section 27(1) of the Explosives Act 26 of 1956;

 2. Contravention of Section 27(1) of the Explosives Act 26 of 1956;

 3. Contravention of Section 2 of the Arms and Ammunition Act 75 of 1969;

 4. Contravention of Section 36 of the Arms and Ammunition Act 75 of 1969;

 5. Contravention of Section 6 of the Explosives Act 26 of 1956.
