1. Contravention of Section 36 read with Sections 1, 39 and 40 of the Arms and Ammunition Act, 75 of 1969;

 2. Contravention of Section 32(1)(e) read with Sections 1, 32(6) and 40 of the Arms and Ammunitions Act, 75 of 1969;

 3. Contravention of Section 6(1) of the Explosives Act, 26 of 1956;

 4. Contravention of Section 5(b) of Teargas Act, 16 of 1964.
