DECISION

                                                                                            

 Amnesty is hereby being 

GRANTED: to the above person in respect of

(i) The possession of explosives in contravention of 27(1)(c) of Act 26 of 1956;

 (ii) The possession of hand grenade in contravention of Section 28(1) of Act 26 of 1956 on or about 22 October 1992 at Msomohvu Administration area, in the district of Alice.

AMNESTY IS REFUSED: in respect of the offence of malicious damage to property of Camagu since the same had an element of personal revenge and does not fall within the ambit of the Act.
