 Having considered the applications and relevant documentation; and being satisfied that the applications fall within the ambit of Section 19(3)(b) of Act 34 of 1995, and being satisfied that the requirements set out in Section 20(1) of the above Act have been met;

AMNESTY IS GRANTED: to the above applicants in respect of the acts, offences, omissions and delicts flowing from and connected with the illegal entry of the ANC offices at Pietersburg and Cosato House, Pretoria during the period 1990 to 1992.
