DECISION

                                                                                            

 The applicant, Moses Ndabaphi is 

GRANTED AMNESTY: in terms of Act 34 of 1995, for all offences associated with a political objective as defined by the Act, and which falls within the ambit of the Act, committed by him as a member of the African National Congress and on its behalf, relating to the illegal possession and distribution of firearms and ammunition in and near Soweto and surrounding squatter camps during 1990.
