 Amnesty is hereby 

GRANTED: to the above person in respect of the following offences committed in the district of NYLSTROOM on or about 02 January 1992.

 Contravention of Section 54(1) read with Sections 1,54(4), (6), (8), 68 and 69 of Act 74 of 1982 further read with schedule 4 of Act 74 of 1982.  (Terrorism relating to the bombing of Melkrivier School).  Alternatively contravention of Section 27(1) read with Section 27(1)(c) of Act 26 of 1956.
