DECISION

 Amnesty is hereby being 

GRANTED: to Gerrit Phillpus Anderson in respect of

i) Possession of eleven (11) home made firearms;

 ii) One (1). 39 Special revolver with serial  number 39520;

iii) One (1) 9mm Star pistol number 7182; and

 iv) One (1) 9mm Star pistol number 1717895

 during the period between 1 May 1993 and 8 June 1994 at Umhlothi in KwaZulu Natal.

 Possessing of the above was in contravention of the provisions of Section 2 of Act No.75 of 1969.
