DECISION

 Amnesty is hereby being 

GRANTED: to Nyameko Mpho Faku in respect of the following offences

1) Unlicensed possession of a 7.65 pistol on the 17th September 1992 at or near Sidwell in Port Elizabeth;

2) Possession of 7 rounds of 7.5 ammunition on the 17th September 1992, at or near Sidwell in Port Elizabeth, without being lawfully in possession of a firearm for such ammunition.
