The Applicant, Angelo Dudley Pete is GRANTED amnesty in terms of Act No.34 of 1995 for all offenses associated with a political objective as defined by the Act, and which falls within the ambit of the Act, committed or authorised by him during the period 1986 as a member of the South African Department of Correctional Services in connection with the aiding and abetting of the escape of Charles Sebe from Middledrift prison.
