The Applicant is 

GRANTED: amnesty in terms of Act No. 34 of 1995 in respect of the contravention of Section 28(1) read with Sections 1, 27(1)(c) and 28(2) of Act 26 of 1956 to wit, the unlawful possession or control of explosives, committed by him in Yeoville, Gauteng on 29 May 1993 as a member of the Pan Africanist Congress.
