The applicant, Makanda Aaron Ndwalane, is 

GRANTED: amnesty in terms of Act no. 34 of 1995 for the crime of being in unlawful possession of firearms and ammunition in contravention of sections 2 and 3 read with sections 1, 39 and 40 of Act 75 of 1969 committed by him in or about the period of the 4th to the 7th of July 1992 as a member of the Inkatha Freedom Party and on its behalf.
