Amnesty is hereby 

GRANTED: on the 10 December 1998 to the abovenamed applicant in respect of

1. The murder of Sihle Makhapheni Mpanza on 22 March 1994.

2. Illegally crossing the borders of South Africa when he went for and returned from military training.

Mrs Grace Mpanza, the mother of the deceased is referred to the Committee for Reparation and Rehabilitation for consideration in terms of the Act.
