DECISION

The applicant, was a member of the former Tokoza Self -Defence Unit (SDU).  During 1990-1993, in the course of performing his duties as such, he got to be in possession of an AK 47 firearm and the associated ammunition.  He had no license to do so.

We are satisfied that the applicant has complied with Act 34 of 1995 as amended and in terms of which he applies foe amnesty for the anlawful possession of an AK 47 firearm and the associated ammunition.  Amnesty is accordingly
