Amnesty is hereby 

GRANTED: to Sibusiso Emmanuel Mazibuko for the illegal possession of arms and ammunition in September 1992 and for which offence he was sentenced on or about June 1993 in Germiston, Case number 3SH 52/92.

The Committee is satisfied that the offences were committed in furtherance of the aims of uMkhonto weSizwe, the then military wing of the African National Congress.
