Amnesty is hereby 

GRANTED: to Marcus Mnyakeng for having been in possession of an unlicensed Markarov pistol with ammunition, which offence was committed in 1988 when applicant was a member of uMkhonto weSizwe, the military wing of the African National Congress.

The Committee is satisfied that the applicant has met the requirements of the Act. Congress.
