DECISION

        : Decision in terms of Section 20(1) of the Promotion of National Unity and Reconciliation Act No. 34 of 1955.

Amnesty is hereby 

REFUSED: in respect of

(i) Unlawful possession of 10 pipe guns.

(ii) Unlawful possession of 38 Special Revolver.

(iii)   Unlawful possession of 54 rounds of 38 special

 ammunition.

On or about the 8th June 1994 at Umdloti, Durban and Ladysmith, the offence having occurred on a date after the cut-off date.
