DECISION

1.    The Committee, after having considered the application and   relevant documentation, is satisfied that:

the application complies with the requirements of the Act, Act 34 of 1995;

the act, omission or offence to which the application relates are acts associated with a political objective committed in the course of the conflicts of the past;

that the relevant facts relating to the particular offence have been disclosed.

2. Amnesty is therefore 

GRANTED: in respect of the following offence of which the accused was convicted at Thoyohandu in the Supreme Court of Venda on 25th January 1990.

Contravention of Section 54(4) of Act 13 of 1985 (Maintenance of Law and Order Act, 1985.)
