DECISION

                                                                                            

The Amnesty Committee having considered the nature of the offences and the application of SOLOMON PETER LEROLE OUPA MABE is satisfied that:

1. The application falls within the ambit of Section 19(3)(b) of Act 34 of 1995.

2. The requirements set out in Section 20 of the Act have  been complied with.

Amnesty is therefore 

GRANTED: in respect of the following offences

(a) being in possession of stolen medical supplies during the  period during January 1993 to December 1993.

(b) his participation in the armed robbery that took place  on 6  December 1993.
