DECISION

         

Amnesty is hereby 

GRANTED: to the abovementioned applicant in respect of the murder of Joseph Mkabela committed on the 16th March 1994 at the corner of Roets Drive and Moagi Street in Vosloorus.

The Amnesty Committee is of the opinion that the relatives of the deceased, Joseph Mkhabela, are victims as defined in the Act and are accordingly referred to the Committee on reparation and Rehabilitation for consideration as such, in terms of Section 26 of the Act.
