 The Applicant, Willem Hendrick Willemse, is 

GRANTED AMNESTY: in terms of Act No. 34 of 1995 for all offences associated with a political objective as defined by the Act, and which fall within the ambit of the Act, committed or authorised by him during the period 1986 as a member of the South African Department of Correctional Services in connection with the aiding and abetting of the escape of Charles Sebe from Middledrift Prison.
