The applicant applies for amnesty on a conviction of perjury in the Johannesburg Regional Court in case number 41/2574/98 having perjured himself in the case of the

 STATE V DONALD MATTERA: , 41/807/78.

Having considered the application, the Committee is satisfied that the applicant committed the crime with a political objective as envisaged in the Act.

The applicant has complied with the requirements of the Act and is 

GRANTED: amnesty for the offence.
