The applicant, P J Fouché, is hereby GRANTED amnesty in terms of Act No. 34 of 1995 for the offence of defeating the ends of justice by obtaining and supplying information to General Griebenauw which was used for illegally releasing Charles Sebe from the then Ciskei prison in Middeldrift, Eastern Cape.
