The applicant is GRANTED amnesty for the illegal possession of firearms and ammunition, an AK47 plus 200 rounds of ammunition and 5 steclikin pistols on the 7th of August 1991 in Sebokeng which he held on behalf of the SDU’s in Sebokeng in his capacity as chairperson of the ANC Sebokeng branch.
