Having considered the application, the amnesty Committee is satisfied that the applicant is ENTITLED to amnesty.  Accordingly his application succeeds for the following:-

1. Leaving the country illegal in 1984.

2. Illegally being in possession of weapons and supplying some to Sub-Commanders of the Self Defence Unit (SDU) between 1991 and 1993.
