Having considered the matter amnesty is hereby GRANTED to Applicant in respect of all offences and delicts which arose from his activities as a courier and infiltrating arms from Swaziland into South Africa on behalf of the African National Congress and its military wing Umkhonto weSizwe during or about the period 1985 until 1990.
