DECISION

Having considered the applications   and supporting documentation, amnesty is hereby GRANTED to:

1.    Joseph Alphonse Jacquesson in respect of:

      (a)   all offences and delicts resulting   from harbouring Moosa ("Mosie") Moolla at or near Krugersdorp subsequent   to the latter's escape from police custody during or about 1964;

      (b)   all offences and delicts resulting   from the export to the United Kingdom of capital in contravention of the South   African exchange control laws during or about the period 1982 - 1987.

2.    Maurice Yusuf Jacquesson in respect of all offences   and delicts resulting from the export to the United Kingdom of capital in contravention   of the South African exchange control laws during or about the period 1982 -   1987.
