DECISION

The Committee, having considered   the application and relevant documentation, is satisfied that:

1.    the application complies with the requirements of   the Promotion of National Unity and Reconciliation Act, No. 34 of 1995 ("the   Act");

2.    the act, omission or offence to which the application   relates constitutes an act associated with a political objective committed in   the course of the conflicts of the past;

3.    that the relevant facts relating to the particular   offence have been fully disclosed.

Amnesty is therefore GRANTED in   respect of the following offence:

      Malicious injury to property during September   1988 at the Community Centre Building, Cape Town and any offence or delict directly   related to the above excluding any gross violation of human rights as defined   in the Act.
