DECISION

Having considered the application in respect of the detention   of African National Congress and other liberation movement members; interrogation   of potential State witnesses; interrogation of former liberation movement members   (askaris) into the South African Police and the searching of premises for operatives,   we are satisfied that the facts disclosed do not constitute any offence.  The   application accordingly does not comply with the requirements of the Promotion   of National Unity and Reconciliation Act, No. 34 of 1995 and amnesty is REFUSED.
